Experimental study on residual stress in high-speed grinding of noncircular equidistant profile

چکیده
To explore the formation mechanism of residual stress in high-speed grinding noncircular equidistant profiles, orthogonal experiments three parameters—the wheel speed, workpiece and depth—were designed. A ceramic bond CBN was used for profile by X-C axis linkage. The effects parameters on temperature, surface roughness, were analyzed. results show that with increase temperature increase, roughness decreases. With decrease, increases. depth, stress, increase. Besides, depth has greatest influence followed speed speed.
